Happy Those Good Ole' Oldies

I have noticed more and more that the present "cartoons" on TV are really just pathetic. When I was little, some decent shows were "Batman" "Gulligan's Island", "Tom and Jerry", and the older "Spongebob Squarepantes". The shows didn't have too many suggestive jokes, they were funny, and they were just....well....decent. I don't know how many of you are exposed to cartoons these days, but they are just really annoying to watch. Cartoons like "Fairly Odd Parents", "Bubble Guppies", and "Octonauts". They fill the children's head with garbage.

So. Post any of your favorite childhood shows, and your opinion on the state of present cartoons.

Star Wars the Clones Wars is of course my favorite cartoon series of all time.

Who would have guessed...
What do you think of the present television shows? Better than they used to be? Or on a fast decline towards the abyss....

When I was little, I used to watch Cartoon Network all the time. They used to have such good cartoons! Sad

Exactly! The cartoons today are embarrassing to watch.

I agree! Especially the ones on Nickelodeon. Even Spongebob has changed.
