Person: I need blue beads with large holes.
Me: *finds several bags and strands of blue beads with large holes* Would any of these work?
Person: *looks them over with great disdain* No. None of these will work. *holds up strand of blue-and-red beads with smallish holes* I'll take these.
Me: Fine. *rings up beads*
Later...
Customer: *marches back into store* I, uh, need to exchange these beads. The holes are too small. Where's that strand of beads you showed me earlier?
Moral of the story: Always listen to Starry.
